The botanical name is Eruca sativa...The Italians call it ruchetta, a diminutive form of ruca, from Latin eruca, meaning "caterpillar," maybe because the stems are a little "hairy". In the dialect of southern Italy, the Latin eruca became Arugula.

Try this sexy Rocket recipe with Strawberries...

Ingredients:

• 2 bunches Rocket
• 1 Teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons chopped scallion
• 3/4 cup sliced fresh strawberries

Modus Operandi:

• Make the dressing of Balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar, salt, and olive oil. Set aside
• Wash the Rocket leaves. Do not use heavy stems. Tear into bite-size pieces.
• Toss scallions and strawberries with 2 tablespoons dressing.
• Toss Rocket with dressing that remains
• Mix half the strawberry mixture with Arugula and toss again.
• Sprinkle remain strawberries on top of salad
